abstract This design is not good enough for domestic feed and offshore fisheries as well as domestic fisheries and offshore fishery. As the burden is high, it tends to give up livestock, and consumers prefer foreign food, which is expensive, so it is devised for mixed fermented fish meal to be produced by improving the manufacturing method for high quality fish meal to prevent the collapse of domestic livestock production base.
