It is a purification method of oxidatively damaged guanine nucleoside which has a process. A method for purifying 8-OH-dG contained in a sample, wherein 8-OH-rGuo is added to the sample beforehand to purify the 8-OH-dG. It is a measuring method of the oxidative damage guanine nucleoside which has the measuring process which measures the purified oxidative damage guanine nucleoside obtained by the said purification method. |
