The polycarboxylic acid cement dispersant of the present invention can exhibit high dispersibility and can be demolded early when producing concrete secondary products, and can improve productivity by increasing the rotation of the mold. In addition, according to the method for producing a concrete secondary product of the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a concrete secondary product which can improve productivity by increasing the rotation of the mold by demolding at an early stage.n n n The polycarboxylic acid cement dispersant is to impart a cement composition having a penetration resistance index of 55 MPa or more and a slump retention index of 80% or more, and the method for producing a concrete secondary product is a polyalkylene glycol-based unsaturated monomer. It is a method of using the polymer derived using the monomer component containing a monomer (A), the monomer (B) as an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, and the monomer (C) as a sulfonic acid group containing monomer. |
