abstract |
The present invention is Enterobacter sp. B20, a novel microorganism that produces (E) -4- (2-isocyanovinyl) phenyl α-L-rhamnopyranoside having good melanin production inhibitory activity. Provided are α-L-rhamnopyranoside compounds produced by the strains and strains. The novel microorganisms according to the invention are Gram-negative bacillus isolated from the soil and are motility by polar flagella. Under aerobic conditions, the α-L-rhamnopyranoside compound produced by culturing at a culture temperature of 10 to 37 ° C. and a pH of about 5 to 9 of the medium, usually about 1 to 7 days, is useful as a stable whitening agent with high safety. |
