The present invention relates to a composition used for stabilizing unstable high concentrations of vitamin C in a liquid phase. The composition should have a pH of at least 5 and contains Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), a variant of cellulose at an appropriately controlled concentration, which stabilizes vitamin C, effectively inhibiting degradation by temperature and heat, and constraining its binding to water. It is characterized in that it is possible to reduce the gas generated by the minimum. |
