Method for mass propagation of Oplopanax elatum Nakai by biotechological technique |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for mass production of seedlings by aseptically culturing Oplopanax elatum Nakai in a culture vessel using a biotechnological technique. The method of mass production of young varieties is to induce arrested embryos directly from the surface of young seedlings without germinating the callus process and then germinate them to grow young seedlings to produce seedlings and callus induction process. It is composed of the method of inducing somatic embryos of the elder tree from the callus after germination and germinating them, followed by mass production of the seedlings of the elder tree. The present invention also relates to a method for producing secondary seedlings from young somatic cells and young plants to induce secondary germ embryos and germinate them to produce seedlings of elm. According to the present invention, seedlings of the cedar, which are designated as protected water in the endangered species and have pharmacological components, can be grown in large quantities by biotechnological methods. |
