Hard polyurethane foam composition and insulation for keeping coolness using it |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a rigid polyurethane foam composition having excellent flame retardancy as well as excellent mechanical properties such as excellent thermal insulation performance and high compressive strength, and to a cold insulating material using the same, wherein the 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (4 30-70% by weight of polyetherpolyol prepared by addition and polymerization of 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and (a) propylene oxide and ethylene oxide in pentaerythritol, (b) ethylene oxide in sucrose 10 to 30% by weight of polyether polyol prepared by addition and propylene oxide, (c) 10 to 40% by weight of polyester polyol prepared by adding and ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to phthalic anhydride, (d 5-30% by weight of polyether polyol prepared by adding and polymerizing ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to bromine group-substituted glycerine. Luer binary to the polyol mixture NCO / OH ratio is on the rigid polyurethane foam compositions and using the same bonaengjae containing such that 1.0 to 1.4.n n n The composition of the present invention may include cyclopentane free of environmental pollution as a blowing agent, and may further include an auxiliary agent such as a flame retardant, a catalyst, and a cell stabilizer. |
