abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a protein of interest by lacking or amplifying genes ( ibpA and / or ibpB ) encoding inclusion body-associated proteins. The present invention provides two methods for preparing a target protein using genes ( ibpA and / or ibpB ) encoding an inclusion body binding protein derived from E. coli, which has not been reported to affect the production of the target protein. First, to provide a method for improving the secretory production and activity of the protein of interest using bacteria lacking ibpA and / or ibpB . Secondly, the present invention relates to a method of increasing productivity of target proteins produced in the cytoplasm using ibpA and / or ibpB amplified bacteria, as well as producing a target protein as an insoluble inclusion body in a water-soluble form, thereby providing many advantages to bioprocessing.
