titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method for the pellet of oceanic humic acid colloidal micelle |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to propose a method for producing pellets of colloidal micelles used for culturing microorganisms.n n n To this end, water is added to the powder of marine corrosive acid colloid micelles containing a large amount of chelate fulvic acid mineral complex salts to adjust the water content to 38 to 45%, followed by ferrous sulfate (FeSO 4 ). Mix by weight ratio (dry basis) in the range of 1 ~ 5wt%, add hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) to adjust the redox potential (ORP) value to + 300 ~ + 500mV, and mature for about 1 ~ 2 months. Alginic acid soda and chitosan cellulose (Cellulose) were added to the binder and mixed and stirred for 8-10%. After drying naturally for one day, the organic binder is dried with hot air at a temperature of 100 to 250 ° C. in a range where no organic binder is denatured, thereby preparing pellets of dried marine corroded colloid micelles.n n n Pellets of marine corrosive colloid micelles have improved treatment efficiency when applied to sewage / wastewater treatment and odor treatment processes, and have improved growth rate and quality when applied to livestock drinking water treatment. It is expected to be widely applied in these fields because of its excellent effect. |
