abstract The present invention (a) coating a single or mixed components of dietary fiber or chitosan on rice; (b) cooking the coated rice; (c) preparing Schisandra chinensis liquid by soaking Schisandra chinensis for 50 to 150 times or more for 10 hours; (d) adding 0.5 to 10% by weight of malt in the Schisandra chinensis solution from the Schizandra chinensis solution and leaving it at 25 to 50 DEG C for at least 1 hour; (e) removing sediment from the Schizandra chinensis and adding 1 to 10% by weight of rice cooked in step b, compared to Schizandra chinensis; And (f) discloses a method for producing Schisandra chinensis using functional rice rice, which comprises the step of leaving at least a predetermined amount of rice grains at 40 ~ 70 ℃ to rise.
