abstract The present invention relates to a high-resolution toner produced by increasing the charge density by selectively placing the charge control agent on the surface in combination with a polar grafting agent by suspension polymerization. When synthesizing the toner core, a polar grafting agent is included in the monomer, and a reactor containing a polar group is introduced to the surface, and a charge control agent is added to the core or shell to form the charge toner surface by the interaction of the polar grafting agent and the charge control agent.
