titleOfInvention | Process for preparing granular sodium percarbonate |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing granular sodium percarbonate, and more particularly, sodium percarbonate produced by granular sodium percarbonate by a conventional dry method of spraying hydrogen peroxide solution on anhydrous sodium carbonate to produce sodium percarbonate and flow drying it. Although the particle size of is determined by the particle size of the sodium carbonate used, and there is a cumbersome process such as performing a separate granulation process, in the present invention, anhydrous sodium carbonate containing 5 to 10% by weight of water is selected. By controlling the particle size of sodium carbonate irrespective of the particle size of sodium carbonate used, by reacting anhydrous sodium carbonate with hydrogen peroxide under a predetermined reaction condition of spraying a hydrogen peroxide solution and injecting air at a controlled temperature and injection rate. It can be a separate granulation process Having a physical property which is also required, without injury to a method for producing a granular sodium percarbonate. |
