abstract |
The cathode for an electron tube of the present invention includes a base metal having a nickel as a main component, an adhesive for adhering on the base metal, an adhesive solvent for dissolving the adhesive, and the same chemical group as the chemical agent for the adhesive solvent so as to be dissolved in the adhesive solvent. By including the electron-emitting material layer coated with the alkaline earth metal oxide suspension mixed with the metal compound formed, there is an effect that can improve the electron emission characteristics. |
