The phosphor 5 is composed of a phosphorescent element 11, a coating film 12 covering the fluorescent particles 11, and an insulating film 13 covering the coating film 12. The fluorescent particles 11 are formed by granulating a composite in which auxiliary components such as manganese (Mn) are added to fluorescent compounds such as zinc sulfide (ZnS), for example. The coating film 12 is made of copper (Cu), for example, and has a thickness of 2 to 20 mm, for example, to improve the conductivity of electrons of the fluorescent particles 11. The insulating film 13 is made of, for example, an organic polymer having a high dielectric constant, and has a thickness of 100 nm, for example, to increase the dielectric constant of the surface of the phosphor 5. |
