The present invention relates to a method for mass production of LK8 protein, an angiogenesis inhibitor, and more particularly, to introduce a recombinant vector into which a LK8 gene is inserted into a host to prepare a recombinant strain, and to produce the recombinant strain in batch fermentation and milk culture. By liquid culture, and relates to a mass production method of the LK8 protein consisting of the step of purifying the LK8 protein from the culture medium of the recombinant strain. Since LK8 protein has angiogenesis inhibitory function, the mass production method of LK8 protein of the present invention can greatly contribute to the commercialization of the protein as a therapeutic agent for diseases associated with angiogenesis such as anticancer agents. |
