titleOfInvention Volume reducing machine for waste styrofoams of aquafarm's float
abstract The present invention relates to a reducer for use in aquaculture rich waste styrofoam reduction device. The present invention includes a storage hopper in which dried waste styrofoam is put and stored; A screw type transfer means connected to an outlet and an inlet of the storage hopper and transferring waste styrofoam; A storage passage connected to the outlet of the transfer means and storing the waste styrofoam; A screw rotary extruder positioned at a lower portion of the reservoir to melt-shrink the extruded waste styrofoam by compression heat; A water removal device connected to an upper portion of the storage container and heated with dried waste styrofoam and evaporated water and harmful gas are sucked by a suction fan, and the water is liquefied separately; Including, the evaporated water or harmful gas generated in the process of reducing the styrofoam is treated safely and there is an effect that the quality of the regenerated styrofoam by the process is stabilized.
