abstract | The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the structural stability of proteins, and constructs and designs five energy (score) functions considering environmental variables through neural network learning theory and protein threading, and simultaneously calculates energy (score) parameters. By examining the thermodynamic behavior of the new protein using the energy function and energy parameter, the natural structure stability of the protein according to the thermodynamic energy analysis of the protein including an environmental variable that determines whether or not a given new protein exhibits a natural structure. The analytical method is a technical point. Accordingly, by examining the thermodynamic behavior of the protein structure given by the NMR protein data and theoretical calculations reported in the form of an ensemble, it is possible to determine whether the natural structure is present. |
