BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display panel and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein a side electrode distorting a vertical electric field of a vertical alignment liquid crystal display panel overlaps with a gate line and a data line, thereby extending the area of the pixel electrode to the periphery of the unit pixel. It is possible to expand as much as possible and to minimize the effects of voltage variations on gate lines and data lines. |
