abstract | The present invention relates to a chemical sensor device comprising a substrate (1), a sensor medium (3) formed on the substrate, and detection means (2) for detecting a change in physical properties (e.g., conductivity) of the sensor medium. . In this case, the sensor medium mainly comprises one-dimensional nanoparticles composed of semiconductive AxBy compounds (eg, V 2 O 5 ). The porosity of the sensor medium allows the analyte to quickly approach the sensing material, causing the sensor to react quickly. The selectivity and sensitivity of the sensor is adjusted by doping the one-dimensional nanomaterial with another dopant or by changing the dopant concentration. The sensitivity of the sensor device to the analyte, preferably the amine, is increased by increasing the relative humidity of the sample by at least 5%. |
