abstract | The present invention is a method for preparing paroxetine, which is used as a therapeutic agent for depression and Parkinson's disease as an inhibitor of 5-hydroxytryptamine, wherein the method according to the present invention does not include an isomer split cycle and does not perform separate special treatment of a single isomer. It is a highly stereospecific synthesis method of paroxetine which can be obtained in high yield only the desired isomer having optical activity without high yield. |
