titleOfInvention | Novel process for preparing cefditoren |
abstract | The present invention relates to ceftitorene coating chambers, namely 7- [2-methoxyimino-2- (2-aminothiazol-4-yl) acetamido] -3- [2- (4-methylthiazole-5 -Yl) vinyl] -3-cepem-4-carboxylic acid pivaloyloxymethyl ester compound, wherein the starting material of formula (II) is reacted with an organic solvent and a catalyst of formula (III) A first step of reacting a metal alkene compound such as 2-bis-tributylstannanyl ethene to obtain an intermediate compound of the following structural formula (IV) of the Z type, and a reaction agent of the intermediate compound with the cefem compound of the general formula (V). By carrying out the two-step process continuously to prepare the ceftitorene coating compound of the general formula (I), it is possible to simplify the existing process, to replace the conventionally known low yield non-economic preparation It is possible to provide a method for producing ceftitorene coating chamber of high purity and high yield.n n n (Ⅰ)n n n (Ⅱ)n n n (Ⅲ)n n n (Ⅳ)n n n (Ⅴ)n n n In the above formula,n n n R 1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms,n n n X is a halogen atom, chlorine, bromine, iodine atom,n n n Y is a halogen atom, triflate (-OTf), mesylate (-OMs) or tosylate (-OTs) group, and PMB is a paramethoxybenzyl group which is a carbonyl protecting group. |
