titleOfInvention Device and method for detecting a nucleic acid hybridization using hole-type nucleic acid chips
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for detecting nucleic acid hybridization using electrochemiluminescence, and particularly relates to the use of a hole-type nucleic acid chip, wherein a probe nucleic acid is fixed to an inner wall of a hole, and a pointer electrode is positioned around the probe nucleic acid. By separating the electrode and the fixed place, the present invention relates to a method of more effectively inducing an electrochemiluminescence reaction and measuring the hybridization of nucleic acids.
