abstract The present invention relates to a binding inhibitor between the microorganism of the genus Candida and its host cell, and more particularly to a binding inhibitor including a transglutaminase that inhibits the binding between the microorganism of the genus Candida and its host cell. The present invention provides an antifungal pharmaceutical composition comprising a binding inhibitor between a microorganism of the genus Candida comprising a transglutaminase and its host cell, and a transglutaminase. The binding inhibitor of the present invention successfully inhibits the binding between the microorganism of the genus Candida and the host cell, and the antifungal pharmaceutical composition of the present invention exhibits the antifungal effect against Candida disease by directly inhibiting the binding of the microorganism of the genus Candida and the host cell. .
