It relates to a method and apparatus for roasting pork meat which is light in quality, delicious and nutritious by cooking pork with odor of steam of odol and ocher and aroma of herbal medicine. In addition, by the method and apparatus of the ocher octane pig samguk roasting method of the present invention, the pork is cooked by the steam of jade and ocher and the steam of medicinal herbs, so that the meat of pork is softened by the mineral component and far-line emission of jade and ocher. It removes unnecessary toxic ingredients, and thus, the active ingredient of herbal medicine is contained in pork meat, which gives the taste of pork and the nutrition rich pork roast.
