abstract |
Disclosed are an integrated liquid crystal display device having a fingerprint recognition element capable of improving the aperture ratio and transmittance, and a manufacturing method thereof. An integrated liquid crystal display device attaches a fingerprint recognition substrate having a fingerprint recognition element to a thin film transistor substrate having a color filter on array (COA) structure in which a color filter and a thin film transistor are self-aligned. The misalignment between the color filter of the thin film transistor substrate and the thin film transistor may be removed to reduce misalignment, and the display ratio may be improved by greatly improving the aperture ratio. In addition, since the transmittance is increased by reducing the number of glass substrates, the sensitivity of fingerprint recognition can be further improved. |
