abstract Disclosed is a polyester-based photosensitive polymer liquid crystal aligning agent composition using a triazine ring having at least one photoactive group, a method of manufacturing the photosensitive polymer liquid crystal aligning film (1) using the same, and a liquid crystal device including the liquid crystal aligning film (1). do. According to the present invention, low thermal stability, which is a problem of conventional optical alignment agents, in particular, hydrocarbon based optical alignment agents, low alignment force due to weak physical bonding force between the liquid crystal and the alignment layer (1), and photo stability in the cell manufacturing process are affected. It can overcome the problem to be received, and at the same time has a high mechanical properties, heat resistance, optical transparency and chemical resistance which is a characteristic of the polyester polymer. As a result, the liquid crystal display according to the present invention can realize high quality and high quality display quality.
