abstract |
The present invention relates to a transdermal drug delivery system excellent in skin and hair follicle penetration, and more particularly to a drug delivery system wherein the carrier is a fatty acid-peptide conjugate in a transdermal absorption drug delivery system comprising an active ingredient and a carrier.n n n The drug delivery system according to the present invention uses the fatty acid-peptide conjugate as a carrier to increase the structural stability of the oil or water phase delivery material, and the percutaneous absorption by the cationic amino acids is effective and can continuously express the physiological effect. Percutaneous absorption of active ingredients, such as active, functional substances or drugs, can be enhanced. |
