abstract | In the mechanical pencil, the deviation range of the shim diameter can be allowed to some extent, but if the shim of the largest diameter is used, it may not be fed out. It is because the elastic deformation | transformation of the elastic thin film which is a core holding member exceeds the permissible range. The present invention provides a sharp pencil having a shim holding member formed near a tip end of a shaft, wherein the outer shape of the shim holding member is formed to be slightly smaller than the inner shape of the shaft holding the shim holding member, and at the front of the shim holding member. It is a sharp pencil which provided the inner surface edge part which prevents the core holding member from falling off from the shaft. By this configuration, it is possible to reliably hold the shim and to obtain a good shim feeding operation. |
