titleOfInvention Radiation detector, radiation detecting element and radiation image pickup device
abstract The gamma camera holds a plurality of radiation detection elements having a rod-shaped first electrode, a semiconductor element in which radiation is incident upon contact with the first electrode by surrounding the first electrode, and a second electrode provided on a side of the semiconductor element. It attaches on and detachably. The holding member has a first electrode contact portion in contact with the first electrode and a second electrode contact portion in contact with the second electrode. A collimator having a plurality of radiation passages provided corresponding to the plurality of radiation detection elements is arranged on the radiation input side of the plurality of radiation detection elements. The gamma ray detection signal output from the first electrode contact portion is transmitted to the signal processing integrated circuit. High voltage is applied to the second electrode via the second electrode contact.
