abstract The present invention is a thermally conductive silicone rubber composite sheet, which is particularly suitable as a heat dissipation member interposed between a heat generating electronic component and a heat dissipation component such as a heat dissipation fin, and has a good thermal conductivity along with electrical insulation, strength, flexibility, and especially interlayer adhesion. Provided is a thermally conductive silicone rubber composite sheet having an excellent laminate structure.n n n The thermally conductive silicone rubber composite sheet has an intermediate layer and a pair of outer layers laminated on both sides of the intermediate layer,n n n (A) The intermediate layer is a synthetic resin film layer of heat resistance and electric insulation,n n n (B) The outer layer is at least one selected from the group consisting of (a) organopolysiloxanes, (b) curing agents, (c) thermally conductive fillers, and (d) epoxy groups, alkoxy groups, vinyl groups, and groups represented by the formula: ≡SiH. It is a silicone rubber layer formed by hardening the composition containing the silicon compound type adhesive agent which has the above functional group.n n n It is characterized by including a laminated structure.
