A conductive organic thin film composed of a terminal bond group covalently bonded to the surface of the base material 1 or the surface of the base layer 2 formed on the base material, a conjugated bond group, and an organic molecule containing an alkyl group between the terminal bond group and the conjugated bond group. In this case, the organic molecules are oriented, and the conjugated bond group is polymerized with conjugated bonds of other molecules to form a conductive network 34. The conductive network 34 is formed of polypyrrole, polythienylene, polyacetylene, polydiacetylene or polyacene. Polymerization of the conjugated conjugate uses electrolytic oxidation polymerization, catalytic polymerization, energy beam irradiation polymerization. This provides the conductive organic thin film which has higher electroconductivity than the conventional organic conductive film, its manufacturing method, an electrode, an electric wire, and an electronic device using the same. |
