An improved, rapidly decomposing flavor film that quickly and completely decomposes on food items, including burgers, chicken, and precooked food items such as pizzeria, contains hydroxypropyl cellulose, chemical starch and flavor components. . The flavored films of the present invention do not dissolve completely on the precooked food item, whereas the flavored films are completely dissolved within one minute and sometimes within 30 seconds on the precooked food items. The flavored films of the present invention may be advantageously employed to uniformly and productively flavor the flavored food items to the required level. |
