The present invention relates to a substrate coated with a composite film mainly composed of a mesoporous mineral layer containing nanoparticles formed in situ within the layer. The composite film has a periodic lattice structure in the major portion of the thickness in which the nanoparticles are present, in which the nanoparticles are arranged in a periodic manner in the thickness of the film, at a region scale of at least four cycles.n n n This structure, from the region scale of at least four periods of the pores, from the intermediate porous mineral layer of the periodic structure forming a matrix of the substrate,n n n Depositing at least one precursor to said cavity of said matrix layer;n n n Growing particles obtained from the precursor having a spatial distribution, the size of which can be obtained through a particle growth step, controlled by the structure of the cavity of the matrix.n n n The present invention relates to methods for use in electronic devices, nonlinear optics and magnetic materials. |
