The present invention is a method for producing a semi-hydrated gypsum using a sludge and waste sulfuric acid to prepare β-type hemihydrate gypsum using the sludge discharged from the stainless refining process containing a large amount of calcium oxide and the waste sulfuric acid discharged from the plating process It is about.n n n In particular, the sludge discharged from the stainless refining process is subjected to a pretreatment process such as wet grinding, gravity screening and magnetic screening, and then hydrated to produce a calcium hydroxide suspension.n n n Then, iron ions are removed from the spent sulfuric acid, mixed with a calcium hydroxide suspension, and reacted by a normal temperature and normal pressure method to prepare β-type hemihydrate gypsum.n n n Accordingly, waste resources that are wasted by producing β-type hemihydrate gypsum using sludge and waste sulfuric acid in the stainless refining process are recycled. |
