titleOfInvention | Recombinant vector containing a GLOase gene and a PMI gene, plant transformed thereby and method for production of the plant |
abstract | The present invention relates to a recombinant vector containing a GLOase (L-gulono-γ-lactone oxidase) gene and a PMI (Phospho mannose isomerase) gene, a plant transformed with the vector and a method of producing the plant. More specifically, the present invention is a Ubp3 (At) promoter, PMI (Phosphomannose isomerase) gene and NOS terminator is operably linked in sequence, the CsVMV promoter, GLOase (L-gulono-L) in the reverse direction to the Ubp3 (At) promoter Recombinant vector pNWB-GLOase having a cleavage map described in FIG. 1 and having a cleavage map described in FIG. 1, a cyclin and a host microorganism transformed with the recombinant vector. The present invention relates to a method for producing a transgenic cruciferous plant with enhanced vitamin C content, characterized in that the transgenic cruciferous plant is transformed into a selected medium containing mannose. The recombinant vector and a method of producing a transgenic cruciferous plant using the same have the effect of stably introducing the GLOase gene into the genome of the plant. In addition, there is a characteristic that is safe for living by using the PMI gene as the selection marker gene. |
