abstract | BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) device. Specifically, a conductive polymer composition obtained by directly treating a surface of a nano-conductive filler with a silane coupling agent and then melt-mixing it with a crystalline polyolefin resin The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a PTC device and a PTC device manufactured therefrom, comprising laminating an electrode and an electrolyte metal foil on a resistive thin film. The PTC device of the present invention exhibits low resistance value and excellent PTC strength at room temperature, removes the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) phenomenon by improving the degree of crosslinking, and improves reproducibility. It is useful for use as an element such as a heater. |
