titleOfInvention Production of special duck by specific feed-additive
abstract The present invention relates to a duck meat and a method of breeding the same, in which a microbial agent including a microorganism (domestic) that produces various kinds of carotenoids including astaxintin is added to and consumed in a feed. Ducks bred in accordance with the present invention has a lower smell of ducks, improves the quality of meat and meat, compared to ducks bred in conventional feed, and promotes the fattening and digestion of ducks by the action of microorganisms contained in the formulation. Odor and health problems can be minimized. At the same time, antioxidants astaxintin and various carotenoids accumulate in the duck's body, protecting them from various diseases that can infect the duck during breeding, thus reducing the administration of antibiotics to ducks. Anti-cancer and prevents adult disease
