abstract The present invention relates to gene sequences encoding lipases and leaves having stereoselective substrate specificity of acinetobacto species SY-01 and proteins expressed therefrom. Since the acinetobacto species SY-01 lipase of the present invention is excellent in activity, it can be used for optically pure itraconazole synthesis using a transformed microorganism containing the lipase coding gene as a biocatalyst.
