Provided is a pharmaceutical composition which is excellent in storage stability, and has almost no change in the release rate of the pharmacologically active substance even after long-term storage of the preparation. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition obtained by dissolving or dispersing a pharmacologically active substance and a pH independent water insoluble high molecular substance in a molten low melting point substance, and melting the low melting point substance and a pH independent water insoluble high molecular substance. It is prepared by spraying and cooling a liquid substance in which the pharmacologically active substance is dissolved or dispersed in the mixture. |
