abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a coated tablet having a double coating layer, and specifically, a biocombinase, a lipase, scofolia, and licorice powder, which are mixed with an enzyme, are compressed into uncoated tablets and trimethbutin maleic acid is dissolved to make the uncoated tablets. After the primary coating, the secondary coating solution is mixed with sodium bicarbonate, magnesium metasilicate aluminate, and precipitated calcium carbonate, and the antacid component contained in the secondary coating layer is dissolved in the stomach of the uncoated tablet containing the enzyme component. It is a novel double-coated tablet gastrointestinal medicament characterized by maintaining the pH of gastric acid at 3.5-7.0 to maximize the enzymatic power of the enzyme and trimebuterine maleate contained in the primary coating layer to promote gastrointestinal motility.n n n The present invention is designed to disintegrate the enzymatic agent layer after the disintegration of the antacid layer by double coating (coating), so that the enzyme shows the activity under optimal conditions and can be manufactured without using a special tableting machine.
