abstract | The present invention (a) an aqueous solution of sodium silicate is mixed with a sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution prepared separately to form a reaction solution or a mixture of sodium silicate and sodium bicarbonate together with water to generate a reaction solution, and (b) heating the resulting reaction solution Reacting to form a slurry, and (c) drying the slurry formed to produce a powder, characterized in that the method for producing a powder consisting of sodium sesquicarbonate and layered silicate. The process of the present invention, which can produce sodium sesquicarbonate and layered silicate at the same time, makes the process very simple and yields very high. In addition, sodium sesquicarbonate contained in the powder prepared according to the method of the present invention is very excellent in quality in terms of crystal structure, particle size, density. |
