titleOfInvention Water detecting sensor device for boat
abstract The present invention relates to a water detection sensor device for ships, and more specifically, it is possible to install outside the tank and configured to detect the water inside the tank in an electrical circuit, thereby preventing damage or failure due to cargo and malfunction of the system. The present invention relates to a ship's water detection sensor device that prevents damage in advance and enables more sensitive and accurate water detection, and also makes it easier to install, replace and repair a series of maintenance. The upper and lower portions of the tube 13 are closed, the tubular probe 11 and the cable opening 12 coupled to the upper cover 17 in the upper opening form the inner side of the sensor housing 1. The printed circuit board 2 is provided in the fixed state by the molding part 5 in the probe 11, A pair of sensor mounting holes 14 are formed on the bottom surface of the bar 11 to include a detection sensor 3 connected to the printed circuit board 2 and electrically connected to the printed circuit board 2, and to one side of the cable receiving part 12. The cable through hole 18 is formed so that the cable 4 is hermetically connected to the printed circuit board 2 through the cable through hole 18, thereby preventing damage or failure due to cargo and malfunction of the system. Preventing, of course, more sensitive and accurate water detection can be achieved, and also has the effect that a series of maintenance according to the installation and replacement and repair can be made more easily.
