abstract The present invention relates to a method for crystallizing Helicobacter pyrroli deformillase, an important target protein involved in the development of resistant antibiotics, gastric ulcer and gastric ulcer, using droplet mixed vapor equilibrium, and the crystalline deformylase produced thereby. According to the method of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a deformylase crystal which is easy to x-ray analysis and excellent in crystallinity. The deformylase crystal is useful for the development of new antibiotics and the development of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer treatment.
