titleOfInvention Amphiphilic crosslinked polymer nano-particle for the remediation of wastewater and contamined soil
abstract 1. The present invention relates to the preparation of microcrosslinked polymer particles having amphoteric properties and to the removal of hydrophobic contaminants from soil and wastewater using the same.n n n 2. It is an object of the present invention to prepare a polymer particle having a simpler application, higher efficiency and economically favorable amphoteric properties than the conventional method for soil and wastewater treatment and to apply it to pollution treatment.n n n 3. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides polymer particles having amphoteric properties by emulsion-free polymerization of monomers having the structure of Formula 1 below.n n n [Formula 1]n n n n n n n n In Formula 1, A is a cationic compound capable of forming a quaternary amine by reacting with an anion or an acid such as a carboxyl group, a sulfone group, and the like.n n n 4. The present invention has the purpose of removing harmful hydrophobic contaminants adsorbed on soil or dissolved in waste water in a simple process.
