abstract The present invention relates to a parenteral vaccine for immunologically preventing dental caries, and the parenteral vaccine for immunologically preventing dental caries is a disadvantage of the conventional oral vaccine, that is, a large amount is required and orally administered. It can be destroyed by post-digestive enzymes and has an excellent effect on compensating for disadvantages such as causing an immunological reaction. In addition, the present invention is an immunomodulatory agent for macrophage specific nanoparticles (mannose-coated polymeric micelle) having uniform particle size, large surface area, and easy to disperse or separate in water. It carries retinoic acid and selectively delivers to target organs or cells to reduce side effects of drugs, induces the production of high-efficiency antigen-specific immunoglobulins (IgA), and increases the antigen-specific IgA producing lymphocytes in the blood. Excellent effect.
