titleOfInvention | Production of anticancerous functional rice using β-1,3-1,6-glucan producing strain of Aureobasidium pullans SM-2001(KCCM 10307) |
abstract | The present invention is a supernatant removed from the culture medium of the aureobacidium pullulan SM-2001 (KCCM 10307) strain producing a beta-1,3-1,6-glucan excellent in the immune enhancing effect and anticancer effect A functional rice characterized by containing added beta-1,3-1,6-glucan and a process for producing the same. After incubating the strain Aureobasidium pullulans SM-2001 (KCCM 10307), a microorganism producing beta-1,3-1,6-glucan, mixed the culture solution or the supernatant from which the cells were removed from the culture medium with washed rice. Dried anti-tumor functional rice was adsorbed on rice by adsorbing beta-1,3-1,6-glucan isolated from mushrooms or isolated from situational mushrooms or agaricus mushrooms producing beta-1,3-1,6-glucan. Compared to the conventional method of inoculating and culturing mycelium on sterilized rice to produce beta-1,3-1,6-glucan, the rice production time and cost are reduced, as well as uniform antitumor functional rice. It has an excellent effect of mass production. |
