abstract | The present invention provides a primer capable of amplifying a specific region of a peptide synthetase gene, which is specifically present only in cyanobacteria producing microcystine, and a polymerase chain reaction using the primer. The present invention relates to a microalgae detection method for producing microcystine by the method of 'PCR', and the PCR method used in the present invention is characterized by the fact that very little present in the sample by selectively amplifying the nucleotide sequence of a specific DNA of the microorganism to be searched. The microorganisms in numbers can be easily searched, so even small traces of algae can be detected and initially detected and predicted the occurrence of microcystine that produces microcystine in the water, so that the proper management of water quality is possible. |
