The present invention relates to a Gaza extract having an aging inhibitory effect on cells and a cosmetic and food additive for inhibiting cell aging containing the same as an active ingredient. The Gaza extract of the present invention has a strong antioxidant activity and a cytoprotective effect against oxidative stress. Since it is effective in suppressing the aging of skin cells by suppressing the shortening of the telomeres, it can be usefully used in cosmetics and food additives and the like, which exhibits an anti-aging effect. |
