titleOfInvention Lighting Test and Repair Device for Plasma Display Panel
abstract A lighting tester that is equipped with a panel to be inspected and performs a lighting test to ensure stability of the plasma display panel by minimizing thermal loss after repair processing and minimizing the effects on adjacent cells and damage of dielectrics. Laser device having a fine spot of ˜20 μm with a galvanometer for precise control while scanning to perform repair on the dark cell, and guiding the laser device to the position of the dark cell for repair It includes a conveying device and an enlarged display device for enlarging the repaired portion. The laser device includes a laser generating unit made of a DPSS system, a plurality of mirror units for changing the path of the laser beam, a beam expanding unit provided between the mirror units, and extending the laser beam, and the laser beam having a predetermined shape. And a galvanometer for guiding the scanning with a speed, an overlap ratio, and the like, and a scan lens for guiding the laser beam to the object while having a fine spot of 10 to 20 µm.
