titleOfInvention Polyurethane foam contained Bio-Stone and its manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to an elvan rock-containing polyurethane foam and a method for producing the same.n n n Conventional polyurethane foam is a porous object formed by mixing a polyester- or polyether-based polyol with difunctional or polyfunctional diisocyane sheets, a raw material such as a foaming agent, a catalyst foaming agent, and various additives, and a foamed molding. Although the strength is high, heat resistance, cohesion resistance, aging resistance, and adhesion conditions have good conditions, the radiation efficiency of far-infrared rays, which contributes to the growth and cell activation of the living body is low, its use is limited.n n n The present invention has been invented to solve the above problems, and the gist of the present invention is excellent in far-infrared radiation by adding 5-30% of elvan in weight ratio to polyester-based or polyether-based polyols used in the production of ordinary polyurethane foams. In addition, it has excellent insulation, flame retardancy, humidity control, deodorizing effect, low elastic high-density memory foam that can be applied to a variety of fields than the existing use, it is possible to obtain a polyurethane foam containing elvan rock.
